Kinda Ninjas



Kinda Ninjas (Ages 4–5)

Our Kinda Ninjas program is specially designed for children aged 4–5, introducing them to the basics of martial arts in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Through age-appropriate games and activities, children develop motor skills, coordination, balance, and confidence, while learning important foundations such as listening, focus, and respect.

Classes are led by experienced coaches who currently work within the Kinder and primary school system, ensuring your child is guided by instructors who truly understand how young children learn and grow.

No experience is needed—just lots of fun, movement, and confidence-building!

Kids Instruction

Kids Jiu Jitsu (Ages 5–13)

Our children’s martial arts classes are designed to help kids build coordination, concentration, confidence, and self-esteem in a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

Students learn the fundamentals of martial arts and self-defence from qualified coaches who understand how to motivate and engage children. We focus on making classes fun and rewarding, so kids stay excited, active, and eager to return each week.

Class Times

Junior Kids (Ages 5–7)
• Monday & Wednesday — 5:00pm to 5:45pm

Kids (Ages 5–13)
• Tuesday & Thursday — 5:00pm to 5:45pm

No prior experience is required. All children are welcome and supported as they learn, grow, and gain confidence on and off the mats

Kids BJJ

Senior Kids BJJ (Ages 8–13)

Build confidence, self-esteem, and self-belief while learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun, supportive environment. Your child will make friends, get active, and develop valuable skills—all while having a great time on the mats.

Competition Pathway

For kids who want to take their skills further, we provide guidance and support for local, state, and national competitions. We help students progress safely and confidently, whether they’re training for fun or aiming for medals.

Class Times

• Monday & Wednesday — 5:45pm to 6:30pm
• Tuesday & Thursday — 5:00pm to 5:45pm
• Saturday — 10:45am to 11:30am

Kids MMA

Kids MMA (Ages 5–13)

Our Kids MMA program is designed for children aged 5 to 13, providing a safe and fun environment to learn martial arts fundamentals. This is the perfect age to start training, as children are able to listen, follow instructions, and absorb new skills.

Our experienced instructors are positive role models who excel at helping kids grow into confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals. Through engaging activities and skill-based training, your child will develop confidence, self-belief, coordination, and fitness—all while having fun.

No previous experience is required, and all children are welcomed and supported as they progress at their own pace.

Class Time

• Saturday — 10:00am to 10:45am

Kids Kickboxing (Ages 5–7 & 8–13)

It’s never too early for kids to learn self-defence and develop healthy habits. Our Kids Kickboxing program is a fun, engaging way to get children active, focused, and fit—while teaching them valuable self-defence skills.

Through age-appropriate drills and games, children improve coordination, strength, confidence, and discipline, all in a safe and supportive environment. Kickboxing is a great way to help kids stay active and take a break from screens, building both fitness and self-belief along the way.

Class Times

Ages 8–13 — Tuesday & Thursday, 5:45pm to 6:30pm

No previous experience is needed, and all children are welcome to join and grow at their own pace.
