Mixed Martial Arts for Kids
Ages 8-13
Our MMA program for children aged 8 to 13 is designed to be safe, structured, and fun, making it an ideal age to begin martial arts training. At this stage, kids are better able to listen, follow instructions, and understand new concepts—allowing them to learn skills effectively while enjoying the process.
Our experienced instructors are excellent at working with children and are positive role models both on and off the mats. Through age-appropriate activities and skill-based training, we help kids build confidence, self-belief, discipline, and coordination in a supportive environment.
No previous experience is required. Whether your child is new to martial arts or already active, our MMA classes will help them grow into stronger, more confident versions of themselves—physically, mentally, and socially.
Mixed Martial Arts for Teens & Adults
Ages 12+
Our MMA classes are suitable for all teens and adults, from complete beginners to advanced students—no prior experience is required. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, or personal growth, our coaches will guide you every step of the way.
Through our structured training curriculum, you’ll develop confidence, fitness, coordination, and practical self-defence skills, while improving your overall physical conditioning.
