BoxFit
A high intensity boxing class to build fitness, muscle tone, strength and endurance. You will learn correct technique while burning fat and getting fit.
Whether your goal is self-defence, getting fit, or progressing to advanced boxing training, our experienced coaches will help you develop strong fundamentals in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Adults & Teens (13+)
Our Adult Boxing program is specially designed for beginners introducing them to the basics of boxing in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Through the basics of boxing students develop boxing skills, coordination, balance, and confidence.
Classes are led by experienced coaches who work with you to help achieve your goals.

No experience is needed—just lots of fun, movement, and confidence-building!
Senior Kids Boxing (Ages 8–12)
Our children’s Boxing classes are designed to help kids build coordination, concentration, confidence, and self-esteem in a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
Students learn the fundamentals of martial arts and self-defence from qualified coaches who understand how to motivate and engage children. We focus on making classes fun and rewarding, so kids stay excited, active, and eager to return each week.

No prior experience is required. All children are welcome and supported as they learn, grow, and gain confidence on and off the mats.

Do I need to be fit to start Boxing?
No, Beginners of all fitness levels are welcome. Classes will cater for your fitness and experience level.
Can complete beginners join?
Yes. Most students start with little of no martial arts experience.
Is Boxing good for self-defence?
Yes. Boxing teaches practical self-defence skills.
What should I wear for my first class?
Wear a tight fitting rash guard or t-shirt, athletic shorts, compression pants or similar. No shorts or pants with pockets, zippers or buttons. Any type of metal or plastic attachments can cut your training partner. No jewellery, watches or piercings. If you cannot remove a piercing then tape over it.
What should I bring?
Bring a water bottle and a small towel if you sweat a lot. Flops or slides to walk from the mat to the bathroom. We are barefoot on the mats.
