Before You Submit
- Two weeks’ notice: In line with our terms and conditions, we ask for two weeks’ notice for all suspensions and cancellations. We understand life happens, so exceptions can be made for injury, illness, or other genuine circumstances.
- Processing time: Please allow up to three business days for your request to be processed once it’s received.
- How suspensions work: Suspensions are made in fortnightly increments and need to line up with your current direct debit schedule. We’ll do our best to match the dates you’ve requested.
- No backdating: We’re unable to process suspensions for dates that have already passed, so please get your request in ahead of time.
- Account in good standing: Your suspension or cancellation can be finalised once any outstanding payments have been settled.
